For Nicholas Bartley, filling people up is an act of worship. His meals are intended to offer hospitality and food in abundance and to provide a space for eaters to share abundantly with one another. He hopes that no one will leave hungry, either physically or spiritually. Food is one of Nicholas’s many arts, although not his profession. All of his catering is given, completely or nearly, as volunteer work. He works in Charlottesville, VA and lives in Lovingston with his wife and two children. He is proud to be married to an ordained pastor. Nicholas has nurtured taste buds and delighted spirits with his catering for nine years.
