Registration is now open for our annual Virginia Baptist Women in Ministry dinner at the BGAV meeting, held this year in Roanoke. As was done the last time the event was in Roanoke, the BGAV is hosting dinner onsite at Bonsack Baptist both Monday and Tuesday evenings. We were able to secure private space for us to gather Tuesday evening in fellowship as part of the onsite dinner event.
To register for the dinner, you will need to register for the BGAV Meeting. On the first page of the registration form, check off “VBWIM Dinner” in the Special Events section. On the next page, you will select how many people you would like to register for dinner each night. Be sure to register for TUESDAY. (I’m sure there will be VBWIM folks around on Monday as well, we just won’t have a private dining area.)
You will pay through the BGAV site for the meal when you register; the cost is $10. Because registration and payment are through the BGAV site, we are unable to offer discounts for students or VBWIM members. However, we do not want cost to be an issue so please contact us if you are in need of scholarship funds to attend the dinner.
Guests & spouses of VBWIM members, as well as those interested in learning more about VBWIM, are also warmly invited to attend. You don’t need to be a woman in ministry to come support women in ministry!
