Virginia Baptist Women in Ministry will once again host a dinner at the BGAV annual meeting, centrally located this year in Richmond. Our dinner will be held at Grace Baptist Church on Tuesday, November 8, 2011. Doors open at 5pm and dinner will be served at 5:30pm. Transportation will be provided from and to the Convention Center, with the shuttle departing downtown at 4:45pm and returning in time for the 7pm evening session.

The cost for the dinner is $20, $15 for current VBWIM members.* A special student rate for dinner is also available at only $10. Guests & spouses of VBWIM members as well as those considering membership in VBWIM are also warmly invited to attend. You don’t need to be a woman in ministry to come support women in ministry! Even if you are not attending this year’s BGAV as a messenger, please consider coming to dinner. This is a great opportunity for fellowship and networking.

Dinner Speaker
We are pleased to announce our speaker for our BGAV dinner. Meekie Glayweon is a 2009 graduate of the Liberia Baptist Theological Seminary with a Bachelor Degree in Theology. She is currently a scholarship student at the Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary working on her Masters in Religious Education with Biblical Counseling. Upon completion, she plans to return to Liberia and serve with the Liberia Baptist Theological Seminary and her home Church. Come hear her story and what God is doing in Liberia. If you haven’t done so yet, please register for the dinner on our website by November 1.
